May nakita ako sa isang social media at isang video tungkol dito sa ALT fragrances. Pinag-isipan ko muna ng husto kung bibili ako. Kasi, marami pa akong perfume. Pero, ewan ko, napabili ako. Kasi, nahihiwagaan ako sa scent ng Baccarat Rouge na sinasabi ng isang vlogger. So, ito ang binili ko.

SEWING REGULAR STYLE PILLOWCASE | DIY

Hi! Magandang umaga!

Finally! Natahi or nagawa ko na rin ang pillowcase namin.  Parang napakabig deal diba? Alam nyo ba? 2022 ko pa nabili itong fabric. Dahil sa mga pangyayari hindi ko agad natahi.  

 

2 sized ang ginawa kong pillowcases. One big that measures 43 inches width and 21 inches height. For the regular pillowcase size 20 by 26 inches.

Pagkatapos kong trim ang fabric, I fold and check all the sides kung tama ba ang gilid. Kaya nagtrim ulit ako. 

Sa opening ng pillowcases, I measures 1/4" then fold and pin. I used my new tailor's chalk from Temu. At ito ang hinahanap kong tailor's chalk dahil madaling magmark sa fabric. 

Then, I mark 4" sa big size and 2" sa regular size and fold and pin again. This will be like the accent of the pillowcase. 

Anyways, dahil sa solid color kaya yung fold ay inilagay ko sa harap or correct side. And I love the finished product. 

Itong number 49 design ng Brother CS6001 sewing machine ang pinili ko dahilan sa nagagandahan ako sa stitching. 

Nung nagsisimula akong magtahi nagkakaron ng problem. Iyon pala ang sewing needle number ay hindi tamasa fabric weight. Ang fabric ay medium weight. 

“Medium-weight – Use a regular point needle size 14/90 when sewing medium-weight fabrics like chino, brocade, broadcloth, corduroy, chintz, satin, linen, flannel, synthetic suedes, Polin, terry, taffeta, and velvet.”

Hindi ko tinastas ang maling stitches para maalala ko ang pagkakamali na dapat I consider parati ang fabric weight bago magsimula manahi.

Designing Mother's Day

So, ganito ang ginawa kong pagdesign ng Mother's Day na pwedeng gamitin sa mother's day at pwede din birthday card. Babaguhin lang ang caption into Happy Birthday. I use Silhouette Studio Business Editon app. The flowers images from Etsy vendors.

Naririnig ko na ang mga post tungkol sa Mother's Day. Then, I checked the date so May 14 pa. At syempre, gustong-gusto kong magdesign. At eto ang aking design for Mother's Day. I used Silhouette Studio Business Edition. Nagkaron lang ng konting problem when I am printing in this size of post card. 

Sa future, I will use this design for mother's day card!

How to Make Planner Dividers with Label Tab

Ito ang mga printed cardstocks na ginamit ko sa aking dividers. Mga lumang stocks ko ito at different brands. Ang mga desings nito ay may gold foil, emboss, double sided prints at plain. Kaya ang I changed the settings of the silhouette studio cut settings. Natutuwa ako kasi nagkataon na noong nagdedesign ako ng monthly pages eh meron akong mga printed cardstocks akma sa ginawa kong design. 

Gumawa rin ako ng labels for tab. Akala ko meron akong stickers. So, again I used Silhouette Studio Business Edition to design label for tab. 

Here you go!!! 

I used Happy Planner Puncher for hole punching! Buti na lang ulit, na iyong mga gagamitin ko mabibili or available sa Michael's na malapit sa aming bahay.

How to Make a Disc Bound Laminated Cover

                               

Designing my front cover using Silhouette Studio Business Edition. I used this program for printing and cutting. 

Scotch Thermal Laminator to laminate the front and back cover.

 

I used the Happy Planner Puncher for hole punching and rose gold disc. 

This video is coming from How to Make Planner Divider Tabs | Laminate the Cover | PART 2 | MrsNaisa4002. But this video is showing only How to Make a Disc Bound Laminated Cover only. I designed the template and the front cover, print using Silhouette Studio Business Edition software and cut using Silhouette Cameo 4. To laminate the cover, I used Scotch Thermal Laminator and for hole punching I used Happy Planner Puncher and rose gold disc.

Remember when designing the template always go to SEND Tab, No Cut to remove the cut settings. You need to cut the square only.

Epson ET2500 for printing.

DIY | STICKER POCKET STORAGE ENVELOPE | 2023 INSERT PLANNER

Kapag may planner ka meron kang stickers. So kapag may stickers ka dapat meron kang storage/pocket/envelope. Ang sa akin pocket envelope naka-insert sa planner ko. Kasi, kapag magjournal ako gusto ko accessible na agad. At dito sa ginawa kong pocket envelope ang nilagay ko lang ay mga stickers na parati kong ginagamit.

Jack (gray) and Brutus (black and white) while I am doing my journal for my orchid's life. They tried to sit beside every time I am busy or sometimes they are on the floor. But that time, I allowed them on my table.

DIY | DESIGNING TEMPLATE | 2023 PLANNER

 

For this video, I am sharing how I made my planner 2023. This DIY has part 2. It is a long video. This part 1 are all about making templates for monthly page, designing each month and cutting the pages. I used 65 lbs cardstocks. I used the Silhouette Studio Business Edition to design a template. Silhouette Cameo 4 for cutting. Epson ET2500 for printing. Some of the images that I used are from Google search.

The template size is 7" width, and the height is 9.50".

I want to try to share my template, but I don't know how to share it.

 

CREATING INSERT | JOURNAL | MY ORCHIDS LIFE | CAMEO4

For today's video, I am sharing how I create a first journal for my orchid's life. I used the file of creating planner. I remove the images that I don't need for my orchid's life. I used the Silhouette Studio Business Edition to design page and Cameo 4 to cut image. I used the The Happy Planner puncher to punch or make holes on the side of the cardstock.

At last December 14, 2022 I started creating from scratch. And I love the resut of my product!!!Happy new year! Happy crafting and Happy Planner!!
